Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located just sourth of Atlanta, Georgia. We have staff on site 24 hours a day, and we package and ship orders virtually immediately. All orders depart on or before expected shipping date via UPS Insured 2nd Day Air.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments via PayPal. Yes, you read that right. All of our business includes Paypal Buyer and Seller Protection. It makes you feel safe, and it makes us feel safe. We don't charge a fee for paying with your PayPal account. Don't fall for the other guy's scam of paying with Crypto, they will steal it and disappear. All customers are required to submit a copy of their photo ID matching their shipping address and verified Paypal address along with a signed PayPal charge authorization form.
What is your return policy?
These are new stock name brand miners. If you have any issue with them during the first 14 days, we will be glad to offer you an equal replacement. We take care of our customers. After that, All of our miners come with a 1 Year warranty from Bitmain. They also take care of their customers. You can feel secure in your investment.
Can you ship internationally?
Sure! Reach out via the contact link and we can set up international shipping. You will be charged for the actual international shipping cost. We will ship just as fast, but we can't predict delivery date as closely. It will depend on your location.
